Account & Registration

It only takes a few minutes. Click the Register button at the top of the page or visit /register. Fill in your full name, a valid email address, your mobile number, and create a secure password. Once you verify your email, your pub771 account is ready to use. You'll need to be at least 21 years old to register, in compliance with Philippine gaming regulations.

No. pub771 strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating duplicate accounts may result in the suspension of all accounts involved and forfeiture of any winnings. If you've forgotten your login details, just use the password recovery option on the login page instead of creating a new account.

pub771 follows standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. After registering, go to your account settings and upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS, UMID, or PhilSys ID). You may also be asked for a selfie holding your ID. Verification usually takes up to 24 hours on business days. Completing KYC removes withdrawal limits and keeps your account fully secure.

Head over to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your pub771 account and we'll send you a password reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes. For security, reset links expire after 30 minutes, so act quickly.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pub771 supports all major local payment options for Filipino players, including:
  • E-wallets: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph
  • Bank transfers: InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking
  • Cards: Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards
All transactions are in Philippine Peso (₱). No hidden conversion fees for local payments.

The minimum deposit at pub771 is ₱100 for most payment methods. This makes pub771 accessible for all kinds of players — whether you're just testing the waters or going all-in. Some payment channels may have slightly higher minimums based on their own limits, but we keep it as low as possible for your convenience.

Withdrawal processing times at pub771 depend on the method you choose:
  • GCash / Maya: Usually 1–3 hours after approval
  • GrabPay / Coins.ph: Within 3–6 hours
  • InstaPay / PESONet: Same day to next business day
  • BDO / BPI / UnionBank: 1–2 business days
  • Visa/Mastercard: 2–5 business days depending on the issuing bank
Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Make sure your account is fully verified (KYC) to avoid delays.

pub771 does not charge any fees on deposits. For withdrawals, we also aim to keep it fee-free, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees. We recommend checking with your payment provider for their current rates. All amounts are clearly shown before you confirm a transaction.

Bonuses & Promotions

New pub771 members can claim a welcome bonus on their first deposit. The exact offer may change from time to time, so we always recommend visiting the Promotions page for the most current terms. Typically, the welcome bonus comes with a wagering requirement — meaning you need to play through a certain amount before you can withdraw bonus-derived winnings.

The pub771 VIP Club rewards loyal players with exclusive perks — higher deposit and withdrawal limits, priority customer support, dedicated account managers, special reload bonuses, and VIP-only promotions. Membership is by invitation or by reaching a certain activity level. The more you play, the faster you climb the VIP tiers. Sulit talaga for serious players!

A wagering requirement (also called a rollover) means you need to bet a specified multiple of your bonus before you can withdraw the winnings. For example, if you receive a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place a total of ₱10,000 in bets before the bonus funds convert to real withdrawable cash. Always read the full terms on the Promotions page so you know exactly what to expect.
